Since joining her family IT services company, a pioneer in the sector that started in the early 90's, 16 years ago, Rezwana Khan has gone on to deliver multi-million dollar projects across IT capacity development, business process outsourcing, managed IT services, and other sectors, for domestic and international clients. 

She has also been involved in the development of female talent in the sector as Secretary General of Bangladesh Women In Technology (BWIT). More recently, she has forayed into angel investing through startups such as HandyMama.co, DigiTong and Dreamerz Lab Ltd.

In this podcast, Ms. Khan shares her journey in becoming a leader in this space, the challenges that women still face in moving up the ladder in the IT industry and her evolving thoughts on angel investing, and her reasons to do it. Please give it a listen.
