Maxime Cheng is the Lead Market and Capacity Building Programs at Roots of Impact, an impact linked finance advisory firm based in Germany. She is also the programme manager of the impact investing eco-system building program Biniyog Briddhi in Bangladesh, working with the Embassy of Switzerland and LightCastle Partners to address both the supply and demand side of the Bangladeshi impact investing ecosystem.
